Retakes due to my mistakes are included at no cost.

 

Revisions (changes made to the script after recording):

The first revision* for script's minor changes is included at no additional cost. After the first revision, subsequent revisions are charged according to the specified rates:

 

• Minor Revisions (one or two words): € 20;

 

• Major Revisions (more than two words): € 30;

 

• Re-Reads => 50% of the original script: Original rate

 

Performance Retakes (undirected sessions):

 

For non-live recording sessions, where I am recording the files in my studio at my own direction and sending them to you, if you require a modification related to the performance, I'm happy to inform you that the first revision* is included at no additional cost. After the first retake, subsequent revisions are charged according to the specified rates above.

If you require revisions related to specific pronunciations that were not specified in advance in written form or through a related document, these will be treated as revisions and charged according to the specified rates above. For example, "sda" instead of "esse di a."

 

When asking for a revision, please highlight the lines in the original script or list the full sentence to be re-recorded, the sentence before, and the sentence after so that I can reconnect it properly within the script. It may happen, for instance, that changing a single word requires the entire line to be re-recorded. In the case of a performance-related revision, be sure to include any instructions or direction related to the interpretation.

 

Please submit all revision requests within 30 days of receiving the original recording. After 30 days, all revision requests will be charged at the original rates.

 

 

AI/SYNTHETIC VOICES POLICIES

The client expressly agrees not to use any part of the Talent's recording for purposes other than those specified in the initial agreement between the parties. In particular, the client shall not use any recording or performance of the speaker to simulate the voice of the Talent or create a synthetic voice of the Talent.

 

The client expressly agrees not to sell or transfer ownership of all or part of the recordings or performances of the Talent to third parties without the speaker's consent. Furthermore, the client agrees that any recordings or performances stored in digital format will be safeguarded in such a way that unauthorized third parties cannot access the files containing the Talent's voice, even if such files are stored in the "cloud." The client agrees to protect them through encryption or other up-to-date and suitable technological means for this purpose.
